Staff Directory
- Knowledge Portal can pull the staff profile images from OpenAsset into Knowledge Portal for the staff directory.
- The staff directory allows for quick searches and in depth filtering.
- Employees can find and collaborate with colleagues faster with filters including expertise, team and office. You can also build a skills and experience library to support winning bids and opportunities.
Project Images
- Knowledge Portal can display the images from an OpenAsset project album on the associated Knowledge Portal project page.
- Albums are automatically synchronised on the creation of a new project.
- By default, the hero image is the default displayed Project image. The remaining album images can be synchronised and displayed in a slideshow.
General Images
- Knowledge Portal can display the images from any OpenAsset album on any knowledge page. The displayed Albums are identified by their OpenAsset Album ID,
- These Images can be displayed in a slideshow or grid on any Knowledge page.
